This weekend was so beautiful here in Boston – warm, nearly 80 degree weather, sunny, and light breezes. Weather like this brightens to mood and makes me so happy! Lets hope this weather stays consistently warm
And with warm weather comes trendier and more fun outfits to wear. Springtime is all about pastels and watercolors. Not really sure why that is but whenever I think of spring I look for warm, pastel hues.
I’ve been going through a maxi skirt phase ever since it’s been getting warmer. I think its because I feel like I am wearing something springy but since I haven’t tanned yet I’m sort of covering up my legs for the time being 😛
One of my favorite skirts I’ve been wearing lately is the floral pastel skirts by Chicwish in the yellow color:
I love this skirt because it’s got a lot of material but its not heavy at all. It’s incredibly flowy too. There are two layers – the inside layer is shorter and not see-through. The skirt hits mid waist (at least for me it does).
If you’re not a fan of this one, Chicwish offers a bunch of other pastel skirts that might interest you. Here’s a few more of my favorite picks:

Occasionally, I also like to pop over to ASOS to check out their selection. I spotted a few other pastel skirts. I absolutely love the ruched side and side split maxi in light purple/blue. The material is a bit thin but this would make a perfect skirt to wear over a bathing suit on a vacation.

Whatever you decide to wear this spring, I’m sure its a fabulous pick! But be sure to brighten your day with many hues of pastel
