We are all pretty familiar with the beautifully made Stuart Weitzman iconic, over the knee boots. And I’m sure we’re all familiar with their hefty price tags too. Unfortunately, many of us can’t really afford these beauties especially since some shoes can go for $800 or more!
I’ve been wanting these boots for some time now but I couldn’t see myself forking over that much money for a pair of boots. There are many boots out there for a fraction of the price that look very similar to the Stuart Weitzman Highland ones. But, if you can afford them, you can purchase them here.
I’d recommend subscribing to their mailing list because sometimes Stuart Weitzman has sales and you can get these $875 boots for a slightly cheaper price. Subscribe to their mailing list here!
But if you can’t justify the price for these boots, that’s totally understandable. Fortunately, I went on the hunt – as I usually do when I see something that’s very ubiquitous and trendy – to see if I could find something very similar for a much cheaper price.
I was in luck! I found a few stores/sellers that do offer basically a mirror copy of the boots but are obviously not from Stuart Weitzman. They have them in many options – sizes, color, heel height, and even whether you want the interior of the boots lined with warmer fabric (perfect for the winter season) or bare (great for just about any season).
Here are a few stores that offer these designer inspired boots for a much cheaper price (ranging from $60 – $100).
Another good thing about these boots – other than the appealing price tag – is that they’re made of genuine leather/suede! Also, be sure to check the feedback of these listings and the stores. I think that you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the feedback that people give. They are also nice enough to include pictures of the actual boots the received!
On a side note, over the knee boots can still be worn in the spring! Just pair them up with a pair of shorts or a skirt or short, mini dress and you’re ready to hit the town.
